We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our retained legal search practice, focusing on lateral partner and in-house counsel placements with leading law firms nationwide. This role will develop relationships with law firm partners, practice leaders, and legal departments; identify and close retained search engagements; and lead a consultative sales process in collaboration with our recruiting team to ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years of consultative business development or professional services sales experience, preferably selling to law firms or corporate legal departments, and thrives in relationship-driven, longer sales cycles.
