We are hiring for a General Counsel in Birmingham with around 15 years of general business/corporate legal experience. In-house experience is a plus but not required. This opportunity is for a hands-on, proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset. Tasks will run the gamut, such as advising on fundraising, managing debt, M&A activities, board communication and more. Most importantly, you will be a trusted advisor to the CEO.
