We are seeking a Legal Recruiter to identify, engage, and place attorneys with leading law firms nationwide. This role focuses on building relationships with attorney candidates, understanding their goals and practice areas, and matching them with strategic opportunities at regional, national, and boutique firms. This is a relationship-driven role with direct client and candidate interaction, strong earning potential through salary plus bonus/commission, and a clear growth path within a specialized legal recruiting platform.
The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, account management, or executive search, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with sophisticated professionals. Prior legal recruiting or law firm experience is preferred but not required.
