Mary T. Miller has spent over 20 years in the non-profit and legal arenas in development, fundraising and board/personnel management. In these experiences, she acted as a connector by developing relationships, evaluating skill sets, and appraising organizational needs. She looks forward to using that experience, combined with her analytical skills developed through her degree from Samford University, as she assesses client needs and matches clients with candidates that are good cultural and organizational fits.
