Richard brings smart, talented people onto the OnBoard team and mentors them in their roles as they serve clients and candidates. After founding several businesses within the legal industry, including two attorney recruiting companies, he saw the need for a new approach. He created OnBoard with the goal of helping client law firms grow and prosper. He is a former practicing attorney whose experience and expertise covers legal talent acquisition, strategic growth initiatives, lateral attorney placements, and law firm mergers. Richard is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and Washington & Lee University.
