OnBoard Legal, formerly known as OnBoard Search, is planning to nearly double its national reach by 2025.
The company hired five employees in the last year and plans to make three to five additional hires this year. It currently has 10 employees based in Birmingham and plans to continue adding to its local headcount. The company serves clients in 14 cities across the country, including New York City, Chicago, Detroit and Seattle and plans to expand into the 25 to 30 largest metro areas in the country by 2025. OnBoard then plans to pursue clients in international markets.

Brock founded OnBoard Legal in 2015. The company offers advice on strategic growth, attorney recruiting and retention, market expansion, business development, attorney compensation and incentives and law firm management.
